It varies. Some nights, or days I guess, I get up to 14. Most days it's around 3 or 4, though.
I don't have any sort of sleep schedule. I sleep when I'm tired and get up when I'm not.
Its pretty much impossible for me to get more than 7 hours on weekday as I am awake in my bed past my usual time if I go when I'm not sleepy.
Currently:
Stay up till 4:00 - Wake up at 11:00
So that makes it less than 7 hours.

Not enough. On weekdays, I usually get about 5-7 hours. On weekends, it can be anywhere from 5 to 15.
Can't deal with less than 8. Usually get about that during the week, and 9-10 at the weekend.
I have a sleeping disorder I literally have to exhaust myself till I fall asleep, so that means being awake at 18 hours at a time only getting 6 or so.
not enough... that's really it, i get from 5 to 9 hours a night, depending on how fast i fall asleep or if i get woken up during the night for any reason... last night, i got 6, and i feel exahusted right now.
8-10 hours of sleep with a strict sleep routine. Sleep is important!

I tend to have a lot on my mind when I'm trying to sleep so I tend to not be able to sleep for awhile.
Usually eight hours, sometimes ten.
I typically get around 4-5 hours depending on what day of the week it is.

I try to get 8 a night. Sometimes the hours fluctuate between 6 and 10. All I can say is that I'm not tired during the day. That's also because I drink a lot of water during the day.

No, I have tried to sleep longer but my schedule demands me to have this kind of sleep.

6-8 hours on a weekday when I have school
On an average college school-week, I sleep from 11:45pm to around 7am. On the weekends, I sleep from roughly 1:30am to probably 9 or 10am.

i used to sleep about 4-5 hours when i had a stressful life. these days i sleep between 6-8, depending on what's going on and how important it is. if i sleep more than 8, i usually wake up feeling really sick or depressed. less than 6 and I'm a ghoul.
Yesterday I got 7 and a half. I tend to be tired if I don't get at least 8 though.

For most people it's the other way around. If I don't sleep enough for many nights in a row, thats when I get sick or depressed.

hm! i always just took my vitamins, drank water, and tried to eat plenty, but those things are hard to remember/do tired.
