To be fair, he isn't owned by any one corporation or artist and he has been in a decent amount of NG submissions.

Slender man, Also known as a the Tall Man is more of a modern mythological being stemming from Alien genre hysteria. In many ways he is similar to the Moth Man, or Chupacabra. It is only recently that the Slender man has become popular again, Newgrounds being one of the breeding grounds of that popularity I decided to include him. My other thought was salad fingers, but since he is not as new to Newgrounds the decision was made.
