I googled and I couldn't find a website to clearly explain what a red arrow down means while downloading a torrent. The only explanation I found is a trackers error but will this effect download meaning it will only let me download part but not the entire part of the file or files? Thank you for anyone who knows, I'm unsure if anyone here knows but I thought it would give it a shot.

That depends on the program you are using and the operating system you are using it in.
As for the rest of you: There are legal torrents out there. Try finding a place to buy a key for Dungeon Keeper 2.
