Hey, put your dick away and listen up!
Do you like wasting time? Of course you do, why else would you be here.

So why not waste a whole shitload of time playing Minecraft with a bunch of Ng art users.

Why join?
Because we have Art Galleries and Churches
Strip Clubs
And tons of other cool shit you will just have to join to see.

Ok how do I join?
Unfortunately you will need Hamachi. Until someone can explain port forwarding to me, or figure out a better way to host the server.
Once you get hamachi you join the network ID 116-152-356
Open up minecraft
Server Name - NG Art
Sever IP - 5.7.32.160

Currently its open for all to join, however I do have a small request, that you PM me your Hamachi user name so that I know who is who if the need to clear out a few people ever comes up.

SERVER RULES
Besides the usual minecraft rules (no griefing, dont ask for OP or Creative mode) there arent all that many.
It is a survival server done in a minecrack style.
This means that you will start in a main community area, and use nether portals to find yourself a place to build a base or whatever.
There is a large tower with all the supplies you could possibly need that is communal.

Once people get more established I will try to host various competitions and themed events.

Updates will be posted in this thread. Feel free to showcase your progress in the server as well, because everyone loves to know how much time you wasted.

I unfortunatley do not own Minecraft, thus I only played cracked servers to see if I liked the game. Which I do..but I dont know if I have time for it, since GW2 is coming out... We'll see....we'll see...

Also people seem to be a bit confused about how to get started once they are in the server. So here is a step by step guide of what to do once you get in.

1. Get supplies in the various buildings in the floating starter area.
2. Head to the nether portal station. (make note of the coordinates of the nether hub area, you will need it later)
3. Go to Lucky's castle and pick out a room.
4. Grab a boat, go exploring for a starter area. (the farther away you travel, the less likely people will encroach on your area if they build something huge)
5. Make a nether portal in the overworld, note the coordinates and make your way back to the nether hub.
6. Make a rail system connecting your portal to the nether hub of your choice. (creative mode can be offered for this part.)

One more thing, I will try my best to keep the server up as much as possible, but as of now it only runs if my comp is on. If someone knows how to set it up so that it can run all the time PM me. Otherwise it will only be on at certain times of the day (generally 6pm - 7am est)

With the new 1.4.2 update and introduction of wither bosses I need to implement a new rule.

NO SUMMONING WITHER BOSSES IN PUBLIC AREAS OR OTHER PEOPLES BASES!

These guys wreck shit, big time. So if you want to summon one I will be building a safe arena where you can summon them and fight them as much as you want.

If you want to summon one in your own designated area then fine, just don't expect help killing it.

the link supplied in the first post isnt really the best one. Your best bet is just googling "hamachi" and installing it that way.

It is probably a mix of me not having the adminastrative rights and the computer being a mac.

Server was down for a few days because from what i thought was a hamachi error. Instead the server IP somehow changed slightly. All that happened was on extra number was inserted in the front.

The updated IP is
25.7.32.160

Let me know if people are still unable to get in.

Looks like it was still broken even with that IP.

Yep still going on. I generally have the server up as often as I can. If anyone knows any cheap dedicated ones I would be willing to shell out a few bucks to get a server up and running all the time.
