You don't even get a strong buzz from 20mg orally. That's like saying that you get a strong buzz from consuming a single 20 ounce beer.

Adderall and ritilan are the only drugs you mentioned that have any recreational potential. You would definitely feel something if you took a recreational dose of Adderall, although OP didn't take a decent sized dose.
