I will go with everyone and say that the Newgrounds peak would have to be 2007. I could be wrong, though.
Never. It never reached it's peak, nothing can reach it's peak, it's impossible. Because no matter what, it can always improve.

I can't really say considering my sign up date isn't even (but almost!) a year old, but I I've seen pictures and stuff that show off the previous site, and somewhere between 2007 would be the site's peak for me.
2009 and 2010 have delievered some great flash though, so I'd sat content wise, newer is better.

No it wasn't. Number of people visiting the BBS does not equate to the number of people visiting the site. I really wish everyone would stop thinking that the BBS is the hub of the site, most people coming here don't bother / care / know / look through it.

Well i'll have to say 2003, but 2007 is definatly my favorite year, i have the most awesome memories from 2007. Great submissions and the redesign came along aswell!
