Those doors tops should be slanted up like the rest of the hallway. There's not much to say here, its nothing amazing and it's pretty damn gray. Also, most cells have barred gates, not doorways

The doors seem to be in the right perspective to me.

Looks great to me, perspective is accurate. I'd suggest you google some prison images and use them as reference to add detail. There's certainly room for more detail, it adds believability.
