Well, yes.
The torso loos a little long, You may want to shorten it.
His knees are bent way to much. At the moment, if he was actually posed like that, he would most likely topple over, and thats after his ankles, knees and muscles from both begin to hurt like they got butt fucked by an elephant.
You'll want to bring one or the other knee up and its foot forward. It'll look much more stable.
Get the back to bend a little more it'll give a much better feel of motion.
do you teach art? you're 100 times better than my school teacher, and i'll try and fix it up. thanks for the help.

Me.... in charge of peoples minds?
Tempting, but probably a bad idea.

Thats much better. He doesn't look like he would be in so much pain now.
Now, though He looks a little like a batter just about to take a swing. Although you can use that pose to your advantage if you want.
By adding more twist to the torso, or by curving the spine back a little more will add some more dynamic to this.
Adding twist is a bit difficult, I have issues with it all the time. But with some practice you should be able to do it much easier.
If you are having trouble with a pose in the future, get up and try out the pose for yourself if possible. If you have a large mirror, do it in front of that and be sure to watch the way your body moves. Also, don't forget to look up reference if you can. As with both methods I have presented here, the core concept is that if you can see it, it is usually easier to accomplish in your work.
As you grow as an artist, and years down the road, you will rely on your experience more than reference. So keep practicing.
i think the stuff he's going to wear will balance that out.
the length of the legs is fine since theyre foreshortened a bit; I do think his hips are pretty thin and his shoulders really broad.
i like your art, could you have a look at mine i am also trying to get noticed :D
here is my newest one
try making a thread and just hope people try to be helpful. LOL
here is what i have so far, it's not too clear or full of detail. But for now i'm more interested knowing if it looks OK.
something, i just remembered does anyone have a few tips on shading.
That last one is sweet. Try a climactic fight between talented duelists, that would be really sweet.

i would do ichigo and ulquiorra . However to ANYONE who finds this if you name two anime characters i'll do them instead. (however i don't think anyone will name just two characters, LOL)
what would you give it out of 10? (i'm not expecting a high score)

About a 4. You got an extra point for finishing your drawings, which is something I have trouble doing.

His hands are too small, but I give you a 7 for effort and time you put into this. The rest of it is pretty kool, neat character.
Art is vast as Love is deep, Trying to Explain the two is like trying to discover everything there is about the ocean.

would you say it's worth turning into digital art?
infact i'm going to try something nice and easy. for example a character i made up myself, that will speed things up a bit
working like a dog. fixed up a few things before coloring and it's far from being finished. just posting it up to see what you think.
back after gcse results day, i'm thinking of doing a hollow ichigo then leaving bleach for a while. what do you think of my first practice drawing so far?
this is work on the human body and for some card thing. feel free to comment on how i could improve, it's a big help.
