Worked on a building site before I went to university, basically just doing bitch work like making up the cement and carrying it up ladders. That was pretty brutal after an entire day.

Roofing. I did a week long stretch of roofing jobs last month and it hasn't been as hot out once since that week. Up on that roof it was brutal.

I work with a contractor and usually do siding and door and window installation, but we do roofing jobs once in a while and they are harder. We did one week of roofing this summer and we stupidly picked a week of high 90s and low 100s.
I havnt done them but its probably king crab fishing and underwater welding.

I have only done 1 job so far myself, but it basicly consisted of sitting down 5 hours strait with no entertainment and nothing to do as managers couldn't give work for shit.
That 5 hours a day of absolutely nothing is a lot worse than it sounds, a lot worse.

Cementing driveways. Dusk to dawn shit, did it for a few works, and worst of all it was as a favour. If you need to compare it to something, think of comparing it to spending the entire day, and I mean the entire day, bent double, carrying a 20 motherfucking kilo spraying device, then painstakingly spraying like a motherfucker.
When not doing that, you're smoothing it over with some stupid triangle scraper thingy. Fuck that job.

I'm currently employed at Miller Park as a Food/Soda vendor. If you get soda duty, you have to carry twenty four 20 oz bottles along with 6 gatorade bottles. It all comes out to be around 40 pounds that you're hauling around while walking up and down stairs, but it does get lighter as you go ot and sell, which is also a pin in the ass because you have to pay $4.25 for a soda or a water bottle. It's pretty bleh.
