It'd be ideal if you could upload a pic to your posts, as well.

It's a shame that you are not into shading, cause they would definitely look cool if you added that. Look at that shock cannon's barrel, there is a highlight (or at least it looks like one) and it really makes that wapon stand out.

Usually I would recommend posting the pic in the thread to get more replies, but in this case one would not be able to see any of the weapons, due to the resize.

You might get more favourable responses if, instead of drawing 100 weapons to a less-than-mediocre level, you just draw one or two to a highly detailled and polished level.

Quality > quantity.

These aren't very good to be honest but at the same time they aren't bad. The fact you took time to work out 100 guns shows dedication.
One thing that doesn't show is style or artistic merit as i see you aren't really striving to forge your own style or anything.

And shading is key when it comes to pixel art, just because you dont like it doesnt mean its not necessary. Unless your working on a large scale the biggest part of pixels is compromise through minimal detail achieved by the right colors are perfectly placed pixels.

These guns have no character, nothing that would make me go "i want to puck that up and shoot it when playing a game."

Now dont take any of this as a insult, i think your on the right path here if you just experiment a little and study other pixel art and all that jazz.
Either way its just important to enjoy your time doing it.

Now keep in mind, I should be praised like DCXME01 wants to be because I did something so simple, but am yet making it seem much harder than what I should.

DCXME. get something like graphicsgale or GIMP.
They are much better than MS-Paint. Although even with Paint, you can increase the size of your pixel work.

Let's destaturate that hot pink. Its really hard on the eyes and very distracting to the actual pixel work.
