Haha yeah, I think her right arm isn't too bad, but I agree that the left one is definitely too thin.

Recent hype (or maybe it's old hype and I've only just noticed it) has given me the urge to draw some pokes.
I tried to remember my old team but failed miserably and settle for whatever came to mind.

Your trainer kinda looks like Pokemon meets One Piece. And that by the way would be awesome.

Her left foot looks "way huger" than her other foot, I really should have no say because I suck at feet, but your art keeps me inspired to draw more and get better, I like your style.. Oh and I know that her foot might look slightly bigger because perspective her right foot is slightly further away from the "camera".

No, you're right about the foot. I tried drawing it at an angle at first, so you could see the sole of the shoe, but I could never get the details right so I scrapped it and ended up doing a side view, but the proportions are off.
Glad to know I'm a source of inspiration :D

This is mostly concept art though so I focus on the subject and omit surroundings. I admit though that backgrounds are def my weak point.
Speaking of which, here's a really rough sketch of Melianar, a small farming village in the game. I need sooooooo much practice drawing locales, it's almost stupid....

Quite decent actually Kuma, I think it looks like the hill bends and it's "Face" is pointing towards us, seems a bit odd, but I don't think it's wrong.

Haha this is like my 10th attempt at drawing it, too. I just can't seem to get the perspective right.

Speaking of which, more character concepts!
The girl is a sort of healer, mender person mage from a forest city and the guy is a kind of rogue or thief from a coastal city :D
I realize I haven't really explained much about the story yet so it's kind of hard to get an opinion on wether or not their outfits are appropriate, but I'll get to that eventually as well!
There's still one more character left to figure out, then I'm going full throttle on environment concepts.

The colors aren't actually official on this. It was just to help me tell the different pieces of clothing apart from one another.

Lol I love the face she's doing on the left. Looking neat, I've been working on character concepts as well for my comic I got the storyboarding going great and everything. But I don't want to start it until I really get the hang of my anatomy flaws, i have so much to scan wish I had my own freakin scanner. Can't wait to see how this progresses kuma, keep up the great work.( she reminds me of a character Ive seen in an anime but it's not coming quite to mind from where.)
