You will need a bot that can take ALOT of damage, a bot that has the emp gun, and at least two ranged bot behind them. it may take a few trys to get it right but it should be easy if you have the right parts

So, having just beat that level, I needed 3 kinds of robots and 3 Large Scrap Boxes. Here are the bots and their parts:
1. Melee Tank: Kazumi Samurai, EOS Artillery Core, Heavy Dueling Arms, Odin Ironback, Kinetic Absorber
2. Gunbot: NIT Tiger Shark, GT1 Canis Core, Hellfire Phase Guns, MSU Stock Legs, EOS Combat Chip
3. EMP: Scanner Head, Light Utility Core, EMP Rocket Launchers, MSU Stock Legs, Steel Hull
It's important to keep the Gunbot and the EMP robot cheap so you can use scrap on the Tank. Also, the Kinetic Absorber is an essential part on the tank.
Send them out in this order: Melee Tank, 2 Gunbots, EMP
If the enemy sends out too many (i.e., more than 3) of the rocket launcher bots in one lane, just let them go - all you have to do is survive, not stop every one. Actually, with this strategy, it was pretty easy to beat the level (after having been defeated like 10 times)
