Early 2000's Assassin song

Hey there Newgrounds. I've been signed up for quite a while and this is my first time posting.

Back in the early 2000's, Newgrounds had an Assassin category in the flash games which had a song playing in the background. The category 'mascot' was this guy wearing a long brown coat and having a gun in one hand. The song was this old techno song (I think it falls under the techno category?). It didn't have any singing, so I never could look it up that way.

I recently heard it at a 90's party but of course they never mention the song names at parties :(

Anyway, here's my question: anyone remember the song I mean and knows its name?

Didn't Public Domain do a more commercial one called "Operation Blade", which was a more of a tie-in with the name.

Was this just a spin-off? I think it charted at around the same time that Blade was released.
