Not sure if you touched upon this Virdis but proof of posting I think is important. Really every user who sends one out should like send you an image of their proof of posting, either a receipt from the post office or a recorded delivery slip.

It could save a bit of trouble when and if users don't recieve something they're expecting and there is proof that it was sent.

It's a good idea, but in order to keep the whole mystery of who's sending what to who, outlined in PM, perhaps proof of postage should be sent to me and I can confirm in the thread that everyone has posted out their mystery box.
