i was just thinking about that myself...as far as the text goes...for me...I was trying to keep with the original letters and integrity of the game, but didn't want to overpower it with a lot of black...again I was thinking about kicking it up a notch a re-applying the lettering to Miami Shark.,...what do you think? I've come to make your month as depressing as possible. Was originally going to do a group of some Newgrounds villains, but once I drew Dr. Fetus, I decided on a Meatboy thing.

Dr. Fetus defeated, the entire area torched and destroyed, and Bandage girl... dead? FAILURE!!

ReNaeNae...please don't hate me....please go into the main entry thread and get rid of the older version of Miami shark and leave this one...the cleaner writing and more destructive explusion...thanks Emuzin

Hey, Emuzin... I really appreciate your enthusiasm, but I'd appreciate it more if you would stop telling me what to do. I've done this a couple of times before, so I know how it works ...and believe it or not, I can figure out when and what to delete all by myself, thanks.

Anyway... here's a fun fact:

Of the (currently) 82... EIGHTY TWO... entries in the art thread, only 20... TWENTY... show up when you search the art portal for calendar2011. So either 3/4 of the people entering are unscouted, or they're forgetting to add the tag.

Below is the line up you get when viewed by score. Think that will play a factor in the decision making process? ...hmm! I wonder!!!

Well honestly I liked the idea of him being in the water more, but idk man. You probably could have done a cool beach scene from that. The way that one is now really turns me away from it and idk man.

I still have the file of that one, and can still follow along with it.

That was originally gonna be a summer/beach scene and now that I think of it, it suits better with the calendars theme.

I may try to finish that one if I find enough time to.

Many of them have been FPed, though, so I'm sure the scores are skewed a bit. Still, that lineup seems fair enough as is, so maybe the art portal isn't as weak against zero-bombing as the other portals are.

I like the second one better, but it's too top heavy. You should move the whole thing down a bit on the background.

Hello..I was just letting you know I goofed and that when i put the new file in...I put the same one in....
Also...to answer the fun fact...I don't see any of my pieces in your 2011 calendar lineup, but I have been scouted, I have one a front page and 2 awards on NG...the files are in my portal...I mention this because the art portal to my knowledge is the only place you can submit art work with a tag...I don't remember seeing that in the dumping ground....which to my knowledge is the only place you can upload a hires...they are to large for the art portal...So, please tell me how you can do both?

You upload the high res to dumping grounds and a smaller one to your art page/portal with the tag 'calendar2011' (all one word, no spaces)... then include links to BOTH with your post in the art thread.

go into your art program and resize the actual hires by half....upload that to art...the hires image upload to the dumping grounds portion on your front page of ng and then as ReNaeNae had mentioned to me...put both links in the entry thread ...and picture one more time to show it off

Or that are spelled out...the first entry has Comment here...that takes you to the art portal...but shows now tag ...my links take you to the art that is in the portal that are all clearly labled 2011 NG Calendar Entry....Forgive me...but if it is that you intend me to redo them all....please have Tom Fulp give me a ruling...because it was a lot of typing to carry two links into the entry copy/pasted one and typed the other completely. thank you...I was able to change the tags...

ReNaeNae...I was able to edit the tags in the art portal down to 3 with one calendar2011 all by itself...please leave all entries in..the links will take you to my pics and the calendar2011 tag can be pooled...sorry...don't know where I am today....a lot happening in my life...no excuse...BS BS...no really...thanks for your help
