A) a 46x46 icon stretched to 140x90
B) the tankmen icon I see in my "flash icons" page
C) 46x46 icon with a huge black border

Why 140x90? Those dimensions seem rather odd. However, I haven't seen the new layout yet, so I guess it's alright. I think 100x100 would have been better though.

Sorry if this has already been asked/answered, but what about collab submissions where the the person that submitted isn't around anymore. Will we be able to update those if we were coauthored? Or is that something for the icon mods to deal with later?

That will come down to icon mods. We'll be adding more icon mods but I figured we would give people a week or two to update stuff on their own first.

Holy crap, that's a huge thumbnail. I think it's a good idea to require an icon for submission. It somewhat increases the level of quality.
