Crysis has been on games on demand for probably a year now, it was ported shortly after Crysis 2 was released.

Lol, from what I've seen, the port is horrid. Cryengine 2 was never meant to be utilized on the xbox like that.

The thing about both CE2 and 3 is that they utilize all available processing power. If it ain't setup for the xbox in the dev stage, then it can't be utilized properly.
