Latest painting update for today. This ones been a real pain, the whole focus of this project is to mix childlike drawings with more polished stuff, its proving a massive challenge for me merge two different styles.
so nice, U can make crazy stuff with pencil, and U handle the color so well, really awesome :)
This is all really good, I especially like the Acrylic paintings a few pages back.
MrPercie on Dromedary: "smug santa claus face, bringing nicieties to those he likes but shite to those he hates - which is everyone"
Hey, thought I would drop by. How are you guys all doing? Its been a while! Needless to say, this year has been absolutely crazy...
I've completely University now, tallied up my marks and I should be expecting a nice first degree when i graduate in November.
The Exhibitions have been brilliant! I got selected for the New Designers Exhibition which was really fun with lots of free booze. I'm also attending an award ceremony soon for a competition I entered and I should be having one of my works Exhibited at the Saatchi Gallery in London sometime in November also!
I've got plenty of sketches to put on here if you guys want to see them.
In the mean time I'll link you guys to a short video I made today, It's about an hour and a half's work crammed into a 4 minute short.
If that link doesn't work, it's also up on my blog
Hey man! good to hear things are going well for you, you deserve it!
Oh wow its been a while!
I thought id post a little more and give an update for those who remember me!
For those of you that have never seen this thread before, i hope you enjoy having a look at how I've progressed! This website has always been a great motivation for me, especially through university thanks to some very kind comments!
I guess I should try and pick up where I left off.
Ive had a few exhibitions of my work so far, by the end of this year I'm hoping to put on a solo exhibition (I'm currently looking into funding) In the mean time my friend and I have managed to get hold of some old screen printing equipment so we set about making some T Shirts in our gallery.
One thing I quickly learnt is that screen printing involves a lot of trial and error. It definitely isn't an easy process to get to grips with and there are so many things that can be easily overlooked!
I set the press up, held my breath and inked up my first T shirt.

oh man I love your work, keep it up :D!
Oh, wonderful! It's great to see you're active again- your work is one of the super amazing things that led me to join NG in the first place.
Thank you both! I cant promise I'll be able to post daily but I'll definitely post a few small updates when I can!
Little sketchbook update for you. 12 years later. I hope everyone on here is doing well!
