I'm having issues getting the "Well Connected" achievement on RB3. It refuses to link my gamertag to the Rock Band site account. Until I get that achievement's 6G, I'm stuck with an awkward gamerscore because "Tune Up" gives you 4G.

Just need Sacrificial Lamb now. My other two friends I was playing co-op with at the time earned it off each other but I didn't get as lucky. None of us were going for any achievement in particular, but I noticed that the crossbow and ballistic knife go from great to shit pretty quickly around rounds 25+ when their use becomes almost entirely impractical, save for the resurrecting function of the knife, but if you're getting downed that late into the game with full perks it's hard to bounce back unless you're sitting on ~10,000 points to buy back perks because you'll get swarmed and downed right away if you're not using juggernaut +" staminup."
It's crazy fun just running around with the ballistic knives + sickle for about 20 full rounds though, most use my right thumb stick has had in a while.

Wrote a long reply to this and my browser took a shit on me about 3 paragraphs in.
Sparknotes version: I don't think that would work out. Not only do we have to find a multiplayer game all "60+" of us have in our possession at the same time, we also have to be at least vaguely similarly skilled at it; that limits it a lot. Most likely possibilities would be something in the vein of Call of Duty, Halo and Street Fighter none of which are particularly enticing.
I don't usually give a shit about competition(s) but I can effortlessly run circles around average players in any game so I'd at least be interested in participating if this goes anywhere.

I need to send back my Rock Band drums because they're faulty and fucking shit, I hate Zavvi, don't even know why I got it from there. Hopefully the play.com checkout wont fail on me again and I can get them for £9 this time. But that should give me some time to practice the Guitar which is boring as shit in comparison to drums, but will get me some achievements I guess.

I did mine the normal way, didn't have any problems. Not sure where the whole autolink thing came from, mine didn't do anything of the sort and I have both games.

I can't unlink my account, because it's not been linked yet. When I enter my code and gamertag on the Rock Band site, I get error messages. It used to tell me the code or gamertag as invalid, and it now gives me the "Looks like we rocked too hard..." error message.
It's not big deal really. Only 6G, but it would still be nice to get my strange gamerscore sorted.

February is Viral Month on TA where they're running lots of special gaming sessions to help people with viral achievements. I've signed up for a few sessions in games I've barely played and today there was one for Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts so I got the viral along with a few other simple multiplayer achievements.

Thank god it's Friday, means I can spend the weekend finishing off Dead Space 2 after spending all of last night doing homework that was sprung on me yesterday. Looking forward to getting it done and here's hoping it is longer than #1, failing that at least make the multiplayer fun to play.
Tried connecting my Rock Band profile to my gamertag on the university internet connection and it worked. Hopefully I should now have that achievement waiting for me when I get home.
