Add me. I bought that game a while ago but playing against the computer is just no fun.

On a different note, I'm getting way behind on my gaming. I still have Dragon Age: Awakenings, Alpha Protocol and Mass Effect 2 to finish up. Then I have to get Mafia 2, New Vegas and Fable 3. And I'll never be able to finish that before the new Assassin's Creed hits.

There's not enough time in a day to satisfy my game craving.

Ok I'm kinda pissed off cos I just downloaded the full version of Super Meat Boy by mistake thinking I was downloading the trial. Last time I use the stupid dashboard ads to download stuff when I'm half asleep. At least it's Super Meat Boy and not one of those piece of shit games that the arcade seems to be fucking overflowing with.

After having Reach since release I have only just been bothered to complete the bastard on Legendary. With New Vegas on the horizon (can't fucking wait) I will have all of next week to play since it's half term. Saying that I wont exclusively be playing Fallout I have about 6 films to watch with a few to be decided on if I can be bothered.

Got an achievement from Fable 2 :O on my third r fourth playthrough, I didn't think it were possible.

Done all the cases on DR1, they were surprisingly easy, just gotta wait out the clock and get to da choppah for some acheeeevmentz

You can give Terminator 3 a miss as well if you want, it's nothing special. And I would strongly recommend watching the Alien movies with the possible exception of Alien Resurrection which isn't so great.

I finished off the grinding achievements in X-Men Wolverine so I just have to play through it on Hard when I can be bothered to get the 1000G.

Oh my God Fallout New Vegas is amazing.

Done about 9 quests so far and I'm currently level 7. Got an entire week to play it next week, and I'm going to take my Xbox round my dads so I can just play it day and night, and I get better internet connection.

The achievements are pretty decent too and I'm pretty sure I can get the full 1000G in a few playthroughs, with a little trouble from the 10,000 damage with Melee Weapons and Unarmed which I'm not very fond of, but oh well.

Super Meat Boy is fucking awesome. The gameplay is as smooth as silk, the references are numerous and often hilarious, but never overbearing (keep an eye out for shout outs to NG games and artists), at its core it's a super-challenging game along the lines of N+ or IWBTG, but it's so much more approachable and easy to get into. Achievements are pretty well spread between simple, needing a little effort, and waste your life attempting to get.

I'm prepared to waste my life getting the Golden God achievement.

It's so damn hard, It gives me a tumour.
I am proud of getting A+ on all world 1 levels.

I've only unlocked Captain Falcon, though.

Got that right. Like you said the gameplay is fucking tight and the throwbacks to oldschool gaming are awesome. I loved the warp zone in the first world that looked like the original Game Boy, even down to "Team Meat" dropping down on the startup screen like "Nintendo" did. Pure brilliance. And like you I want that Golden God achievement and will strive to get it like a crazy motherfucker.

It's not quite as straighforward as that. Your health constantly goes down and there's only a certain amount of food items around the whole mall. What you have to do is grab the 3 books that make food items give you more health, grab as many food items as you can carry and then hole up somewhere the zombies can't get to you (on top of an awning, in a store with a door that closes etc) and eat each time your health gets down to 1 bar. When you run out of food you need to go scouting for more food then hole up again. Repeat this for 14 hours.
I wouldn't even bother trying infinite mode until you have at least reached level 50 (so you have max health, max item slots and have unlocked all moves) and have the Megabuster.

IIRC it takes about 20 minutes real time to go from full health (with max amount of health bars) to nothing.

I was up at five in the morning because I couldn't sleep knowing that I only had one more level to beat before the final boss (of the light world). I spend an hour and a half perfecting the jumps that require ludicrously perfect timing until I finally beat it and all I can think of is that there's a harder version of this level that I can unlock.

Also, I don't even know if I'm capable of beating the challenge to unlock The Kid and I actually beat IWBTG.

I've got like an extra 8 achievements since then and I'm at 480G on it. Might go for 1000/1000 but all those escort survivor achievements will take the piss.

Ahh makes sense. Think i've only got around 200g ish from that game. I keep trying to play DR2 but usually get killed after not saving and can't be assed doing everything again.

My gaming over the last 2 days:
finally got the achievement for hosting 50 matches.
I've also been enjoying Super Meat Boy a lot although the thought of getting that 100% achievement is fucking daunting. I'm only on the 2nd world and it's already pissing me off more than it probably should be. Obviously I'll try for 100% but it may well never happen. Still, got a bunch of smaller achievements so far.
Lastly I've been playing Magic intermittently. The campaign started becoming a bitch so I've been unlocking better cards for my decks by playing and winning relatively easy games against the AI. Hopefully it wont be too long before I have the power to trample through the harder campaign duels without too much trouble.
