Does anyone remember a game from 06 or 07? It was like, a bunch of stick figures walk around, you shoot lightning bolts and stuff at them, on the last level it takes place in hell, and when you beat the game, it gives you a code to enter in the level thing called PRIZE, which is like, a sandbox mode?

I think it was made by a guy called Armagedon, or something like that.
