They have about as much proof as Paranormal Activity has, which is none. All of the "proof" they show you can be faked, and since it can't be proven that it wasn't faked, it can't be considered proof. If you want proof, it needs to be done under scientific conditions. A group of guys going into a dark building, where they can easily make noises and rig the place, with video/audio recording equipment, which can easily be tampered with to create the illusion of something supernatural, is not scientific and certainly cannot be considered proof of anything.
