Can someone recommend me some bands

Hey, bit bored of the bands im listening to, so I thought id check out some new bands while im waiting for the new albums. Can someone reccomend me some bands that sound a bit like some of the following or just something you would think I would like, also mention some bands you are listening to and share.
Breaking Benjamin (mainly)
Shinedown
Anberlin
Taproot

There mainly the ones at the moment but anything thats a bit like that (fairly heavyish with catchy choruses).

thanks, ill check out cavo and tantric i think they were, never heard of them, ill check out afi aswell.
three days grace are brill and so are disturbed, and i saw black stone cherry at download, with ease the greatest voice on the planet.
