What if you hate politics?

What can you do? Why does society accept the fact that we have to have an inherently corruptible, and corrupt system to lead a country? People have tried to come up with different systems in the past, but those people were just politicians again, trying to find a new angle to prey on the weakness of the public.

But why does no one try to do anything to stop it? Why is no one trying to think of a genuine alternative? There has to be some sort of system which would allow for the best person to take control of a country, not just the most popular.

We allow people into positions of power based on who has the nicest smile, or who can be a bigger dick to the other person and apparently "win" an argument.

There's no alternative for someone like me who hates all politicians. None of them have my best interests in mind, and whatever they say they will do when they're campaigning is always a blatant lie, and they continue fucking up the country like every other politician previous to them.

All I can do is deliberately not vote, and that's a pathetic option, when my hatred for this system runs far deeper than that.

I hate all politics. Politics is basically the technique behind being able to get ahead in life regardless of ability or effort put in.
Someone who is a good politician can argue their way into a lucrative job just by fucking over the person who worked hard all their life to qualify for such a position.
Politics ignores who is best for a job, and places the person who knows the most people into that position instead.
