Unfortunately I didn't gain many this time. I played several games with medals, but a lot of them didn't register or didn't work which was pretty lame. Now I'm down by two ranks again.

I added the total from some list of obscure medal games that haven't been mentioned before (somewhere in the other medal thread), but it could be that I never checked to see if that was indeed the case.

Sorry, bro, didn't mean to go off like that, I've just been having some serious issues obtaining medals lately. I'll play a game and get no medals despite either seeing the medal notif. appear, or other people will mention in their review that they DID get medals, but not for me. Still pissed I wasted 4 hours (twice!) playing Burrito Bison after the creator said the saves were working only to find out they didn't. But oddly enough I did get a couple of the broken medals on Rupert's Zombie Diary when it was first submitted somehow (surf's up + why won't you die).

Two ways afaik.
1.) Earn them while playing the game, and look at their worth. If you refresh the page, the value disappears. If the medals don't appear to unlock (but you earn them anyways), you're sotl.
2.) Math, when looking at your medal wall. You can't tell individual secret medal values though.

I should've gained quite a few more medals than this. However, I played a few games for which the medals didn't register and I'm pretty sure I also lost a few medals earlier this week. As such I got a lousy pace again.

My first guess would be a game with medals got removed for copyright reasons, and the true number of points lost + the new medals you DID get equaled -20 pts. I actually lost exactly 100 pts.
Second guess would be something wonky with the site i.e. redesign issues. I say this because I saw a post on the icon mod thread from Tom stating that the total number of games + movies was quite different than what he expected based on last month's total.

Woot. Played a few games this week, but these are probably my last points until summer. Hopefully at that time I can take a week or two to earn as many as possible, and I'll certainly be able to get back into the top 50. But for now I don't mind leaving my total where it is :P.
