I was reading threw one of the many C++ topics here, and then i got to wondering. How is 64 bit different than 32??? I know its faster, better, etc. but i want to know how. I never really understood how a processor changes binary into something that we see, or how that entire processor system works. Someone please explain this. I WANT TO KNOW!!!

dude.... thats awesome. thanks for the long explaination, i dont like the short shit cuz it doesnt answer everything. Next question: how do they make the registers in the first place?? Like, with the old school computers i dont think they were able to do that kinda stuff, but then i know nothing about old stuff.... I was at a ladies house today, and she was telling me about BASIC and how her 20 meg harddrive was godly. ahhh, the good ole days?? anywho, thanks for answering.
