Regulations huh, well lets see, there will be a few entrants you luigi maybe me and some others. After all the pics have been posted ( maybe a few hours later ) Everyone will vote for another pic made by another artist ? Maybe a new thread will be made i dunno yet.
No artist can vote on their own movie.
One submission per artist.
No altering the picture after the initial one has been posted.
After the time alloted (yet to be set) no more pictures can be posted.
Sound fair to you guys ?
