Ps Help!

For some reason Photoshop is showing every color as grey/white/black and I can't fix it.
Halp?
BTW this is when I try to pick a swatch, the two colors overlapping eachother, the top one just turns grey or white or black.

Are you sure you aren't in grayscale mode?

Check to see if the greyscale is on.
