I thought the same with the medal for beating hardcore mode too. I waited a few minutes, restarted the game, looked at the highscores and achievement sections and got it.

The MarioHard one was just a spam of Mario headbanging. No game element/Point'n'click adventure like it states in the description. I don't usually 0 medal movies, but I did this one.
The Purple Circle one gave me the 5 point medal, but the 500 points on easy mode didn't work, even when I madde 1000 points.

Looks like this guy is currently adding medals. When I first played it, only two medals were available. Now there's a normal mode medal, and it didn't unlock. It wouldn't surprise me if he adds a medal for insane mode.

Actually, all 3 have unlocked for me so far. In an above post, I mentioned that the easy one didn't work, but I replayed it and got it and the normal mode one. I too am waiting for insane mode medal.

That's been happening a lot lately to alot of people. I actually wrote a list of medal error in the Top Medal Users thread. If you want to see the list, check out the last page of that thread. I have actually PMed Tom about these errors, and he said they will put the errors on the bug list and get to them ASAP.

They all seemed to work for me just fine, and I played it over a half an hour ago or so.
The updated files for two of my flash have been approved, the changes included the addition of medals, I will be modifiying one other game or maybe a few more, but they will take a few days to be approved because of their age/votes/views.

Just copy + paste the URL to the flash and it will appear. For example, if you want to link to Outpost: Haven (because I already have that window up), you just copy+paste the URL below.
