Well if you had read it (it was only ~500 words) or even skimmed it you would have noticed the first paragraph (/chunk of text) was focusing on the parents of these kids, the second paragraph was merely my thoughts on things that could be improved in sexual education and what is wrong with it right now (read: a lot of things). I believe the parents are the root of the problem, but I agree that educating kids about these things properly will help.
