I didn't have any opportunity to say that anywhere when i was submitting this.

I'm promoter and i have youtube channel Cubiq The Creator where you can listen also to this song.

I wanted to try to create some maps with this in gd editor and i feel like that this song is awesome to use.

So, yeah. For proof that i own rights to use this, here is screenshot message from Deccal beats saying that i have full rights for Deccal Kyrie.

I would suggest adding in the "submission track page" something like "additional notes" window...
