Its a creepy halloween song for Plague Doctor, SCP 049. This characters is familiar face from medieval times to current day and age. Plague Doctors used to spread plague all around and thus they were feared. SCP 049 is no different. You bet dark omnious music starts playing when he is around! Dark ambience music makes you terrified of this SCP monster!

With SCP 049's deadly touch, you become ”cured” and usually turn into something undead or zombies. ( SCP 049-2). Because of that, this theme shows first slow scary beginning tunes, and then grows to resemble plague doctor's medieval heritage. Despair, sorrow and being ill are themes the song explores with piano and other more horrifying instruments in instrumental horror music that is playing. Truly scary halloween music, gets you into dark instrumental feel! Plague Doctor song gets you into survival horror feel of SCP Foundation. You could just say its scary halloween music for kids, but in right scene it makes for a good horror theme.
