Totally agree with @No-Stereo, could've been more variable and interesting. It's some fine action theme anyway though

Reminds me a lot about the chiptune music I used to make. Half of the song is just the same notes over and over :( If the rest of the song was as lively as it becomes near the minute mark it would be better! I especially like the part at 1:33!

My other suggestion, is to make your percussion with some white noise, it adds a LOT to the chiptune feel.
