Raw data, but edited to not blow your ear-drums out.

I love this kinda stuff. Maybe I should try and make some? How did you make this... My music I've posted gets little to no reception and doesn't appear on the portal for some reason.

Aphextwin did a faux-track called 'brainfloss' under his 'user' alias but I'd say this is far more effective. Really nice.

PovilaZ responds:

I made this using Audacity. Instead of dragging in any other sound file, I just click the File drop-down menu then Import and then Raw Data. Then you can import literally any file on your hard-drive and it will be made into noise. Best files to put in Raw data are EXEs, DLLs, 3D files, If you have played the game doom then WAD files. Basically, anything that isn't a picture, video, audio, text because these files will mostly return white noise. There is a lot of possible soundscapes you can make just by using the Raw Data feature. I recommend reading up more about this rather than just reading this response or you can just experiment and through trial and error you can make some noise music, just don't forget to lower the volume because the sound can blow your speakers and/or your ear-drums.
