The hellish noise and ear-piercing self-destruction in my head is exercised and extracted through sound. For me, this is what anxiety and depression sound like. This track uses samples from an altered organic sound library.

wow this is a weird beat... lol when I tried to skip through the start the back ground beat sounded like it did not change at alll almost as if it jsut kept playing I have to pause it to lsiten to find out it was the back ground beat LOVE THE TRIPPY BEAT!!
