This was quite an interesting song to make. I have done melodic drops before, but this one was quite interesting.

This was also a very special project. This song (part of the song anyway) was made specifically for a collab level on Geometry Dash (hosted by LaserSword33).

So its review time! You excited! XD I'm scared too lol :P So let's start off with the beginning of the song. From 0:00-0:05 was just dull and not a good start to the song. If you had maybe worked with 3x-OSC channel and put in a subtle rise I think that could have worked a little better. Honestly I'd say scratch that. The melody I like. The piano bits fit well into tho whole song however I felt a lack of variety between verse, bridge, and the chorus. They seemed repetitive. Another thing I did like is the incorporation of the 3x-osc into the song. The little low pitch rises let's in an instrumental feeling that's good to have for something like that. However on one note there was a bit too much of the osc rises which is not bad but you don't want one channel to overwhelm your other tracks.

More about variety. As I mentioned it lacked a couple things. The piano could have used a little bit more lead build ups. You could have added a melody for the more climatic parts of the song like 0:57-1:49 could have had a different pace of melody.

I've mentioned repetitive. It was blend to have such a small amount of structure with so much room for more. Try to incorporate different sounds for lead parts it would give the song a tremendous amount of build.

The last thing I'd say is this isn't house at all. I'm feeling more Drumstep or Dubstep. House has a much more progressive beat.

In conclusion: I like it and I feel like you can do more to it. IF you work a little more focusing on structure and incorporating other sounds and effects together you can make a really nice song out of it. :D

It takes a wolf to catch a wolf. 5/5 👍

I love it so much!
