Ya gotta think about all yer European listeners y'know. :P April Fools was the shizzle though, and regarding the UJ system I share your sentiments entirely. I'm trying to stay open-minded but... I'd miss it if it disappeared. And I'm not sure the change would be all advantageous. As it is you get a sense of community too, with everyone chipping in to decide what goes through together. But of course, it all depends on how the new system would be, maybe Tom has something pretty neat up his sleeve there, if such changes ever happen...

I think the comparison between Susan and Tom really hit the nail on the head as to why Newgrounds is so special. I doubt Susan can name too many youtubers. That's why she got Will Smith for YT Rewind, she sees more value in people who are established elsewhere. Meanwhile, it seems like Tom takes the time to try and view everything that's posted on here, or at least the people he follows but that's still thousands of people. Idk how he does it, I'm convinced he's on another plane of existence, I mean it would explain why he's 40 and looks like he's still in his 20's... At any rate, with the internet becoming so corporate and streamlined, it's nice to have a website you can feel like you're a part of, as cheesy as that sounds

Really enjoyed listening to this, and thanks for including me in the audio showcase as well! Gotta say, I found the juxtaposition of Thomaisho's well-produced track to my silly old tracker experiment made with decades old technology to be quite humorous. Interesting choice! :D
