Well, i was normal and suddenly i started to feel me so anxious and afraid and i hear some voices so i was take a knife to try to hurt myself, the ambient was very strange and i tried to redirection my fear (or whatever) with some screams in a noncomplete track of drums, maybe sounds stupid but it really made me feel much better and i didn't harm myself, after i record some guitar notes and well, the next day i did this.
I hope you enjoy my way to treat a strange time.
