This is the second to last song, set to be the soundtrack for the three remaining main characters' departure from Tyvis, and journey towards Terra Nova (New Earth.) When they land on Terra Nova, it's raining heavily, thus the rain at the end of the song.
I'm getting some "Another world" vibe from this. Majestic job!
