I quite like it. From the perspective of "ambient rain thingy" I must say that the underlying beat is a little bit too much on the forefront and in general a little too technical and "stiff" (or "hard" if you prefer)
So why do I rate it 4 then?
As "Chill Step" it is a quite nice attempt, and I repeat the song right now a few times, liking the vibe^^
