Hey I wrote this piece to test out some new percussion libraries I got. I recently bought Action Strikes and Damage and I've gotta say, they're way better than the 'marching ensemble,' patch I was using from the Hollywood Percussion library. I had to do lots of crazy stuff to try and give that patch the 'epic percussion,' sound I was going for, but these sound great out of the box and I just add a bit of distortion, EQ, and some parallel compression and they sound amazing.
