It seems that the piano is clashing with itself or some other instrument. I suggest you look some vids on youtube about music theory, all the notes should be in the same scale, if they're not in the same scale you get distortion which can be good in some cases, but not right here. Maybe start off by listening to those piano chords, if the chords sound fine, check for other mistakes. good luck :)

Thanks glad you like what I have so far. I just cant help but feel something is off and I can't seem to figure it out. (other then the structure)
