Sorry for not giving a very high rating but let me explain why.
Your 'Dubstep Qualities'(i.e. the things that make dubstep dubstep) are spot on for dubstep.
However, this song seems fairly generic and I reckon with a bit more creativity and mix up of the sound design in parts, this could be a fantastic song.
So don't let me get you down as I'm not trying to, but try to come up with something that makes this song your song/an interesting song.
