Repetitive, muddy mix, weird choice of instruments and definitely not jazz (at the moment of this review, this track is listed in Jazz genre). Good try but you need to brush up your producing skills.
Here the drums are killing everything else, the pad has so much high frequencies that you can't hear hi-hats or cymbals, the main lead should be the focus of the mix, but those synth chimes are overpowering it.

I would suggest to take some simple song (3-4 chords) and make a typical arrangement (bass, drums, lead instrument and some chords on piano or guitar) and try to fit each instrument in it's own "niche" of frequencies.
