I've just watched the "Long Way North" movie and it wasn't the biggest hit I've ever seen but the atmosphere was astonishing. Both because of the drawing style and the music. It had a great impact on me so I wrote this piece.

The main goal was to show the monotony of the snow by the monotone bassline and to imitate the unpredictablity of the wind by the melody variations.
