Definitely sounds a lot like a Waterflame track to me. Reminds me a lot of Clutterfunk and Clutterfunk v2 in terms of composition and the bassline. Only problem that stood out was, as another person mentioned, the weird one-off synth at 1:38, which was out of place and out of key.
5 Stars Dude 0w0 This is THE COOLES techno infused dubstep track i have EVER heard, and that means that it is better than every F-777 song... cause i lovethis so much :D i love 2:31, the bass is just so fun to listen too :3
Keep it up M8,
Right off the bat, this track is an absolute blast to listen to! It's got some great energy, which really seems to be your forté. It all starts off with a bit of sweet downtempo, with a very nice mix of sounds, from synth to percussion. When the bass drops down an octave and you start adding all those other growls and distorted elements it gets even more fun, and you continue varying your beats to keep things interesting.
The main thing I struggle with is the lead that starts coming in at 1:38. Early on it seems to have a lot of pitch-bend going on, which doesn't sound good at all to me when the notes are already so short. The instrument choice itself is probably my least favorite in a mix that otherwise sounds pretty solid. It just doesn't fit together as well as the rest does, so it comes off as low-quality and fairly cheesy. But at least that bending eases up after about ten seconds, even if the lead more or less clashes with the other elements in the track.
Melodically, this piece is honestly quite lacking, and it all comes to an end with just one more standard rising sweep and crashing boom. Pretty lackluster, and definitely areas for improvement.
Your perc and bass really shine though, and those drum samples are super tight! You start mixing these elements together with better melody ideas, and you will truly become a force to be reckoned with.

Here's your review, Predator. Open wide!
Stuff that's great:
- Oh man, those are some super tasty drums - it takes a LOT to make a basic drumbeat interesting, and your drum samples really make them here.
- As others have mentioned, the groove in this piece is really nice. That main bass sound is super tasty and crunchy as well, really awesome stuff there.
Stuff that can be improved:
- So the weakest part of this piece is honestly the composition - the melodies of the piece are... not good. I apologize for saying this, but several of them honestly sound like random notes played in the right general key, with one or two melody-like phrases in them. This hurts the piece the most by far.
- The delay on the initial voice seems a bit awkward, I think it could be far smoother.
- Honestly, the sounds for your main melodic synths are pretty low quality - especially the one around 1:40.
So basically, this piece hits a couple things really well - bass and percussion. The melodies really bring the piece down a LOT more than the rest of it really deserves.
Cool instrumentation and quite catchy from the beginning. I think you overuse the sweeps a bit, especially in the first minute, and the mix has a few too many lows. I was really itching for some melodic content by around 1:30, and those melodies at 1:37 were enjoyable. I think you tried to do a little too much rhythmically during that section - the bass line and melody at 1:37 got it each other’s way a bit. I also think you could’ve done more to give this piece a sense of climax and resolve at the end. You kinda defaulted to those bassy breaks at 2:58, and they didn’t make for a very conclusive coda IMO. Overall, though, this piece is really catchy and enjoyable. As always, your sound design and mastering are really good. Keep it up, ThaPredator! ;)
