Very chill. Gives me some Sonic Adventure vibes and I love it.
I really liked the melody being played on the steeldrums, gives it a tropical vibe that instantly sets the mood for the rest of the track. The changes and transitions were smooth and done really well. I also appreciate the amount of variety this track has, only really bringing back an older phrase for the final chorus and then you change it up again.
I do feel like the drums were a bit too quiet underneath all the melodic elements, and while I was able to hear them, I wish they cut through a bit more volume-wise. Some compression would do wonders for them. There's a really nice rhythm going on with the drums that would compliment the track better at a higher volume. But this is pretty much my only gripe about the track as this overall was done really well.
Sorry for the late reply!
I can't thank you enough for taking the time to write such a thoughtful and honest review. I can certainly see where you're coming from with the drums being a bit too quiet. A bit of compression would've been nice I suppose. Regardless, I'm happy you enjoyed the song enough to rate it 4.5 stars.
Thank you very much and have a wonderful day <3
Amazing job! Very happy!!
A short review, but thank you very much :-)
very exciting and joyous, if i could describe what love feels like through music it wouldn't be far from this, thank you for submitting this.
No problem, dude. To hear someone say that about the song means so much :'D Thank you for all your feedback on my music. It really does help.
If I drop dead specifically on a beach, I can only hope to hear this playing as I pass on into the afterlife. Also, I'm mildly... MILDLY... inspired by this music.
Thank you, Bertn.
Mildly, eh? That's more than somewhat and almost a little. That is a high honer! Thanks for listening as always and giving such an oddly specific description. Love it <3
