This is my first song ever on Newgrounds, I made it in the demo of FL Studio.

I don't think I did a good job but i'm kinda proud of it.

Regardless, I made a ton more on 3DS Rytmik Ultimate, definitely better than this one, and i'll upload some of them soon.

Any advice on creating music? What other programs do I need? How do I create my own samples? I need help.

I see potential here, but for now here are my thoughts on where you can improve:
The beginning started with the cymbals too loud, overshadowing the main melody.
Speaking of the melody, it's too bland. It is only one phrase being played repeatedly with barely any changes.
Not only that, the part between 0:16 and 0:31, the melody there feels too muddy since notes close in pitch try to fight each other, resulting in an unpleasant tone. If you wanted to add more energy in that part, you could add another melody in the background using a different synth or instrument.
I do like the drum kick used. Very punchy and really brings out the rhythm.
Also nice use of sidechain compression.
Overall, It has some pretty good technical aspects, but the musical aspect itself could use some work. I wish you good luck in your musical journey.
