hey, i really love this song! can i use this song in a game i will create in the future?? I'll be sure to credit you. I still am struggling with a good name for the game...It's a Super Mario-like game with lots of levels and bosses. 320 levels to be exact, with about 10 difficulties. i know...it's gonna be a long game. but it's not for Newgrounds...If you can come up with a good name for it, id be thrilled! Thx for the great song! I really enjoyed it!

This is a theme I wrote for the "Super Cave Boy" project by Heartbeast. The Visuals inspired me to write a dark theme that could be simultaneously dark, but also energetic and bouncy in a way, like a platformer.
Wow you caught the I guess image sound really well, the second the music started I could almost hear the trickling water or even possibly underground stream sounds, the echoing landings of the jumps, etc, very nicely done.

Low-res string sample really added the final touch to an already great song. Made me think I was listening to an old PCM sample from an old console.

Im glad you liked it! For me that sample added some grit and made it feel a bit more dusty in a sense, which is what i was looking for :)
