This is like my 1st dubstep song ever, so sorry if I didn't nail the genre or sound. I spent some 3 weeks on this one. I used my Volca Bass, an tambourine, and even a guitar (sorry if you don't like the sound). Hopefully I'll be free this summer to upload more music, since I've been busy with school and other things.

See you in another millennium and a half!

I like the dreamy beginning. The piece is a little slow to develop, though. The texture doesn’t change significantly until around 1:30. The drums (especially the snare) seemed a bit weak. I like the frantic synths underlying the melody at 2:15. The piece is very flowing, yet is a little hard to follow structurally because of the continuous wave of sound. Unfortunately, this makes it sound more like background music than a stand-alone piece. Still, I think you won me over with the mood and instruments. It’s a pretty piece. Keep at it, man!

I voted 5/5 because this is underrated but I'm giving you 4.5 here because I was waiting for chill bass that never came. I love the track man, real chill and mellow. I'd bump this on a relaxing drive. I agree that this is more along the lines of chillstep for sure, but just some low bass tones could've set this track off. Great work though, this is a great piece! Good luck with the contest :)

Thanks so much! I could see some chill bass being added in. I thought that the chords and stuff would be enough to cover the bass end but I guess not! Appreciate your review

Actually it's more like Chillstep, but it's a pretty good track mate

BeeFef responds:

Thanks, I think it may be chillstep
